Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a wastewater process engineer for its Industrial Water Treatment and Optimization team. The role involves front-end design, calculations, P&IDs, and field work on industrial water and wastewater projects across the US, with hybrid work options.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in water/wastewater treatment, engineering calculations, and effective communication skills. A Bachelor's in engineering plus a Master's in environmental or chemical engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in chemical, civil, environmental or mechanical engineering; master's preferred in environmental or chemical.
Strong foundational knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes.
Experience with engineering calculations and design drawings.

Responsibilities

Serve as wastewater process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects with support from senior engineers.
Develop drawings, specifications, P&IDs, calculations and technical reports.
Coordinate with drafters/designers to complete construction documents.
Support construction phase activities including submittals and RFIs.
