CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with deep industrial water and wastewater expertise to drive growth across our Industrial unit. You will identify opportunities, win projects, and expand key client accounts while collaborating with senior PMs and technical specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will work with our award-winning technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve delivery and meet environmental requirements, while traveling as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required and will vary by role.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with the technology group to leverage leading-edge tools for project delivery.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies contributing to growth and CDM Smith profitability.
