Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Industrial Water Treatment team in the Metro Atlanta market. You will be a trusted partner to existing and prospective customers, helping them improve performance with innovative water treatment solutions and expanding our presence across the territory.

Travel is regular to support engagement and development. A Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of industrial experience and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years relevant industrial experience.
• Experience in industrial water treatment a must.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, food and beverage, power, chemical processing, pulp and paper, or similar industrial environments.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and solution‑oriented sales opportunities.
• Proven success managing customer relationships and driving business growth.
• Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer partnerships with existing and new clients.
• Expand opportunities within existing accounts and introduce new solutions.
• Cultivate new business relationships and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage territory performance and ensure accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
