This role offers the opportunity to advance innovative solutions for industrial water and wastewater, focusing on high water recovery. We are enhancing ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technologies to achieve new levels of performance that deliver strong customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will support our water treatment solutions through detailed project management and engineering to develop, design, and execute customer projects. This position offers growth potential, including involvement in our produced water beneficial reuse activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support front-end engineering for customer solution design.
  2. Develop and manage project schedules for active customer projects.
  3. Lead project engineering design efforts and oversee contractors as needed.
  4. Perform and report on project risk assessments.
  5. Ensure all processes and designs meet or exceed best practices.
  6. Create and manage detailed project scopes of work, including budgets.
  7. Select and size equipment suitable for project applications considering cost, safety, and reliability.
  8. Engage with customers for project management, commissioning, and ongoing services.
  9. Maintain overall quality control of projects (budget, schedule, plans).
  10. Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  11. Communicate project information effectively to support decision-making.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • B.S. degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 3-5 years of engineering experience or similar background.
  • Experience in industrial water or wastewater treatment preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, with higher travel during project commissioning.
  • Understanding of ASME, ASTM, and OSHA standards preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
  • Knowledge of fluid flow principles, membrane systems, and mechanical design.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams, in office and field settings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
