CECO Environmental, a global leader in sustainable industrial air, water, and energy solutions, seeks a Territory Sales Representative for the Kirk & Blum division to drive growth in a defined geographic territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships with plant engineers and decision-makers, and deliver value-based proposals for custom ventilation systems and related services.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B territory sales in industrial ventilation or related.
• Experience selling into industrial markets (manufacturing, metals, automotive, etc.).
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate technical and commercial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Develops and executes an annual territory plan to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Prospects, qualifies, and expands opportunities across existing and new accounts.
• Builds relationships with plant engineering, safety, operations, and procurement teams.
• Conducts site surveys to understand process-air needs and project scope.
• Prepares technical presentations, budgets, quotations, and proposals.
• Owns opportunities through the full sales cycle and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Maintains Salesforce data, forecasts, and pipeline health.
