Job summary

You will partner with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to build practical programs, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement in training processes.

The role requires 5+ years in mining, chemical processing, or heavy industry, experience with LMS, OJT, and learner assessments, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training experience in mining, chemical processing, manufacturing, or safety-critical environments.
• Experience developing, coordinating, or delivering workforce training programs.
• Experience creating training materials, assessments, OJT programs, or practical evaluations.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on training to operational personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, maintain, and deliver training programs for employees and contractors.
• Create and update training materials, assessments, and OJT guides.
• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and blended learning, supporting trainers and SMEs.
• Maintain training records and LMS data for compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate training schedules and report on completion and effectiveness.
• Support structured training process improvements across the organization.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, safety, engineering, and external providers to ensure readiness.
