Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Industrial Tool Specialist to drive profitable sales of Industrial Tool equipment across the regional market. You will target new customers, align strategies with district goals, and collaborate with project managers to ensure success on-site.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, customer development, and excellence in service delivery within the industrial sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience plus 2–5 years of direct sales and/or project management experience within the heavy equipment industry.
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to management.
• Knowledge of industrial construction & maintenance, equipment applications, features and specs.

Responsibilities

• Grow Industrial Tool revenue within the assigned region by prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Establish district and regional goals to increase revenue opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to meet regional goals.
• Coordinate with project managers to implement best practices on-site.
