Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Tool Specialist to generate profitable sales from the rental of Industrial Tool equipment, expanding market share within the industrial segment across the region.

The role requires 2–5 years of direct sales and/or project management in heavy equipment; emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong communication. Base pay range is provided with a robust commission plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2–5 years in heavy equipment sales or project management.
• Industrial Tool equipment background preferred.
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Results-driven sales professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presentations.
• Knowledge of industrial construction phases and equipment specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish district and regional goals to grow Industrial Tool revenue opportunities.
• Develop strategies to identify revenue opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Grow revenue by prospecting and acquiring new customers.
• Assess customer fleet, quality and safety expectations; guide equipment decisions.
• Identify new market opportunities and understand market dynamics.
• Improve on-site project execution with best practices.
• Coordinate with Industrial Tool Specialists to share leads and opportunities.
• Integrate assigned Industrial National Accounts and/or Master Service Agreements within the region.
