Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in Geismar, LA is seeking an Industrial Tool Specialist to drive profitable tool equipment rentals with new regional customers, focusing on growing revenue in the Industrial Tool locations within the region.

You will develop strategies, manage projects and coordinate with Industrial Services PMs to implement best practices on site, while staying compliant with safety requirements and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 2–5 years in direct sales or PM in heavy equipment.
• Industrial Tool equipment background preferred.
• Strong PM, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Results-driven sales professional with strong communication.
• Knowledge of industrial construction phases and equipment specs.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Establish district & regional goals to grow Industrial Tool revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify revenue opportunities.
• Grow revenue within Industrial Tool equipment by prospecting and new customers.
• Identify fleet, quality and safety expectations and advise on implementation.
• Develop new market opportunities and understand market dynamics.
• Develop operational efficiencies for outages and turnarounds with PMs.
• Stay abreast of changing safety requirements.
• Communicate leads to other Industrial Tool Specialists.
• Coordinate National Accounts within the region.
