Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Industrial Tool Specialist to generate profitable rental sales of industrial tool equipment to new regional customers, growing revenue and market share within the industrial segment. You will identify opportunities, develop district and regional goals, and coordinate with project managers to execute best practices on site, while ensuring safety standards across facilities.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–5 years in direct sales or project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–5 years in direct sales or project management in heavy equipment.
• Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to management.
• Mechanically inclined and highly organized to manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Grow Industrial Tool revenue by prospecting new customers.
• Establish district and regional goals to expand revenue opportunities.
• Identify market opportunities and customer segmentation within the industrial sector.
• Coordinate with Industrial Services Project Managers to implement best practices on site.
• Stay abreast of safety requirements within industrial plants.
• Pass leads and opportunities to colleagues and teams.
• Align Industrial Tool programs with National Accounts and Master Service Agreements.
