Job summary

Continental Tool Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Industrial to drive new business across an eight-state region including TX and neighboring states.

This field-intensive role requires travel, field demonstrations, and direct collaboration with distributors and end users. You will lead a team of sales representatives, coach distributors, and articulate tool applications to customers, while using HubSpot CRM to manage deals and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related industrial sales experience.
• Sales leadership and/or management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ as business needs dictate.
• Mechanically inclined individuals.
• Experience working with MRO suppliers/distributors highly preferred.
• HubSpot CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to read and manipulate pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business relating to customers, applications, distributors, and end user opportunities.
• Cover an eight-state territory with significant travel and face-to-face customer interaction.
• Develop end-user opportunities and work with distribution partners to convert into sustainable business.
• Provide onsite presence at manufacturing plants and other industrial environments.
