Job summary

L & S Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced regional sales professional to drive revenue in the Appleton, WI territory. You will engage industrial, utility, and OEM customers, build strong relationships, and execute on the company’s sales process to WIN competitive business.

Responsibilities include prospecting, developing annual plans, and providing weekly reports. A 2- or 4-year degree and 5+ years of industrial sales experience are preferred, with valid driver’s license and a willingness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience successfully selling services such as repair and maintenance for electric motors, drives, and related equipment.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with industrial, utility, and OEM customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; professional image and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing and new industrial, utility and OEM customers.
• Create and manage relationships with key personnel at accounts.
• Develop annual sales plans and forecast quarterly sales for the territory.
