Job summary

Belt Power is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to grow our business in the Charlotte, NC area, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to provide industrial solutions that improve productivity and reduce downtime. You will deliver solution-based recommendations using Belt Power's broad product offerings and maintain an active pipeline to achieve growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical training is a plus.
• Experience in business development, account management, customer-facing sales, or a related field.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing CRM, ERP, or similar business systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements.

• Grow and manage a portfolio of existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Deliver solution-based recommendations using Belt Power's broad product and service offerings.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Partner with operations, account management, and leadership teams to ensure customer success.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
• Track sales activities and maintain an active pipeline to achieve growth goals.
