Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a heavy manufacturing environment in Missouri. The role requires performing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on a range of equipment while ensuring safe operation and compliance with procedures.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and be willing to work any shift. Prior mech/industrial maintenance experience is preferred; outdoor, heights, dusty, and confined

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work any shift as required.
• Required to work outside, at heights, warm temperatures, and at times around and over water, in dusty environments and confined spaces.
• Prior experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial maintenance activities, make repairs, installations and replacements on a wide variety of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize equipment during operation and mechanical breakdowns.
• Perform walk-by inspections & checklists on operating process plant.
• Practice and promote safety in assessing risks before starting tasks.
• Maintain documentation and plan and organize work.
