Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a maintenance professional for a building automation and industrial technology environment. The role involves hands-on maintenance, repair, and optimization of equipment in a heavy manufacturing setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, and be willing to work any shift. Prior mechanical/industrial maintenance experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work any shift as required.
• Prior experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial maintenance activities, make repairs, installations and replacements on a wide variety of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize equipment during operation and mechanical breakdowns.
• Perform walk-by inspections & checklists on operating process plant.
• Practice and promote safety in assessing risks before starting tasks.
• Maintain documentation and plan and organize work.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment

Must be able to work any shift

Prior experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance preferred
