Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician for a global manufacturer in Missouri. The role focuses on safety, inspections, and hands-on maintenance of process equipment in a heavy industrial environment.

The candidate will troubleshoot, repair, install, and optimize a wide range of equipment across shifts, collaborating with a cross-functional team to keep production running reliably and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance required.
• Must be able to work any shift and in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Practice and promote safety in tasks.
• Perform walk-by inspections & checklists on operating process plant.
• Perform industrial maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize equipment during operation.
• Make repairs, installations and replacements on a wide variety of equipment.
