Job summary

Qualifications

- SAP experience preferred.
- Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical or mechanical industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to in-house personnel, authorized distributors, and customers regarding sold Kaeser products, including on-call support on weekends and holidays.
- Respond to inquiries from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.
- Document component failures and troubleshooting methods.
- Perform inspection and failure analysis of returned components as required.
