Job summary

Kaeser Compressor, Inc. in Carrollton, TX, is seeking a Branch Service Support to assist Service Technicians and managers with installations, service and repair as needed, and to coordinate parts and rentals.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 5 years experience, mechanical aptitude, and good communication. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; forklift training and a clean driving record are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 5 years work experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Forklift training may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Technicians and manager with installations, service and repair as needed.
• Follow up with customers on recommended service needs via phone, email and in person.
• Support material management activities at the branch including sourcing, shipping, receiving and returning of parts and rental equipment.
• Learn and follow all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company’s quality and environmental system.
