Job summary

Lumafield, with offices in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers, manage accounts, and drive business outcomes. You will own the lifecycle from onboarding through renewals, serving as a trusted advisor and champion for customers.

You will lead business reviews, develop mutual success plans, and drive net revenue retention through strategic account growth. A technical depth in engineering analyses helps translate success into business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience with client-facing work.
• Experience translating technical results into business value.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships, revenue, contracts, and outcomes for accounts.
• Advise customers with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve processes.
• Lead delivery and adoption of Lumafield’s solutions.
• Demonstrate ROI and manage renewals to reduce churn.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Help scale internal processes and best practices.
