You will lead time studies, analyze data, and support labor systems while partnering with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering, strong communication, and up to 75% travel to support field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred.
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of Labor Management Systems and engineered standards is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for leadership presentations.
