McLane Company, Inc. in the United States seeks an Industrial and Systems Engineer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants hands‑on impact through nationwide continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead time studies and labor optimization, analyze operational data, support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards, and partner with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions, traveling up to 75% and working from a Distribution Center when not on the road.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering preferred.
• Other applicable engineering degrees considered.
• Experience with time studies and continuous improvement methods.
• Knowledge of Manhattan WMOS, Manhattan Active, or Blue Yonder preferred.
• Labor Management, MOST, and engineered standards experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle SQL and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with confidence presenting to leaders.
• Proficient reading/writing English for job-related tasks and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead time studies and labor optimization efforts.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Labor Management Systems and engineered standards.
• Partner with site leadership to implement sustainable solutions.
• Present improvement recommendations to leadership.
