WSP is seeking a Structural Designer to join our Industrial Center of Excellence in the U.S. This role focuses on food, federal, and industrial facility design, with work spanning new construction, renovations, and complex industrial systems. You will draft for steel systems, align with CAD/BIM standards, and collaborate across disciplines to meet project goals.

The position emphasizes QA/QC, accountability, and ongoing professional growth within a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 7+ years of civil design and terrain modeling experience using Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, or comparable software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong prioritization, deadlines, and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support structural design of new buildings, renovations, and expansions.
• Produce detailed drafting for industrial structural steel systems.
• Apply CAD/BIM standards and ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project goals.
• Participate in QA/QC processes to maintain high quality.
