Job summary

ASML US in Wilton is seeking an Industrial Strategy Project Manager to co-develop the sourcing strategy and cross‑sector make‑buy proposals for Wilton products and technologies. You will work with Technology, Operations, Finance and Legal to shape the suppliers landscape for glass & ceramics modules, optics and mechatronics, balancing long‑term capabilities with market needs.

Qualifications

Master/PhD in technology.
4+ years as a technical designer or equivalent tech role.
Passionate about and intrinsically driven by advanced technology.
Keen to learn how glass, ceramic modules, optics, mechatronic technologies impacts both our customers’ and key suppliers’ businesses

Responsibilities

Deliver cross-sector aligned make-buy proposals for Wilton products and technologies for decisions in the Industrial Policy Meeting.
Contributing to ASML’s make-strategy, i.e. incl. distribution of competencies across ASML sites.
Co-developing the suppliers landscape strategy for glass & ceramics modules, optical modules, mechatronic sourcing with cross-sector stakeholders.
