Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT seeks a WF Optics Product Lead to drive development and industrialization of complex optics. You will lead cross‑functional teams across production, design, and management to meet targets for output, cycle time, and labor hours while guiding Make/Buy decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in high‑tech production and 2+ years of project management, with strong data analysis and ERP software skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications are a bonus (PMP, Lean, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Understand product’s technical and business requirements, manufacturing complexities, and system-level applications.
  • Create project plans that integrate facility, equipment/tooling, and resource constraints and potential containments/solutions. Interact at all levels of the cross-sector organization to execute these plans
  • Blend data and functional team’s experience to generate product key metrics estimates, such as: cycle time, yield, and labor hours
  • Clearly update senior management on changes in the project’s triple constraint (time, resources, scope)
  • Provide routine, formal risk analyses and help requests, as necessary, to ensure timely delivery of quality products
  • Function as recognized business partner to WF Assy team, helping to facilitate flow of information and roll-out of new initiatives, as necessary
