Job summary

ASML Wilton, CT is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to manage suppliers and a commodity base, driving on-time delivery, compliance, and cost reductions. You will lead supplier selection teams, negotiate long-term agreements, and work with cross-functional partners to improve performance.

The role requires travel about 25%, a strong track record in supplier management in high-tech manufacturing, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Oracle/SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive supplier management experience, or 7 years with a bachelor’s degree, in a high-tech, international manufacturing environment.
• Experience with sourcing and procurement of highly technical, complex engineered products.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term supplier agreements and strong supplier relationships.
• Experience with complex negotiations, problem solving, strategic planning and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supply-base trends and prepare for supplier market changes.
• Lead one or more Sourcing Teams to drive supplier selection.
• Negotiate LTSA and related agreements as needed.
• Ensure contractual compliance for suppliers and ASML.
• Drive cost, lead-time reductions and forecast supplier spend.
• Monitor supplier financial health.
• Lead Supplier Account Team meetings and follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvements and communications.
• Drive supply-base rationalization within the commodity.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and close findings.
