You will set up and operate airless spray equipment, prepare surfaces, apply primers and coatings, and ensure quality finishes while working safely with ladders, lifts, and scaffolding. Qualifications

• Experience as Industrial Spray Painter or Commercial Spray Painter.
• Proficient with airless spray equipment.
• Knowledge of coatings and application techniques.
• Ability to read product specs and mix coating materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable in industrial environments and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, pressure washing, cleaning, and masking.
• Set up, operate, and maintain airless and conventional spray equipment.
• Apply primers, epoxies, urethanes, and protective coatings.
• Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality per specifications.
• Inspect work and perform touch-ups to meet standards.
• Maintain spray equipment and follow safety procedures.
