Martin Painting & Coating is hiring experienced Industrial Spray Painters to join a 100% employee-owned team in Ohio. You will apply industrial coatings using airless spray equipment, perform surface preparation, and work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Industrial Spray Painter or Commercial Spray Painter.
• Proficiency operating airless spray equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial coatings and application techniques.
• Experience reading product specifications and mixing coating materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments and at varying heights.
• Must be clean shaven for respirator compliance when required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required for timekeeping and company communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, grinding, pressure washing, cleaning, and masking.
• Set up, operate, and maintain airless and conventional spray equipment.
• Apply primers, paints, epoxies, urethanes, and protective coatings.
• Ensure coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality per specs.
• Inspect completed work and perform touch-ups to meet standards.
• Maintain spray equipment, hoses, pumps, and related tools.
• Follow OSHA regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and safety procedures.
• Work safely on ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew to complete projects on schedule.
