Job summary

McGraw Kokosing seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager – Industrial Solutions to expand client relationships, prospect new business, and shape project solutions. You will support proposals, maintain CRM data, and coordinate meetings between clients and practice leaders while leveraging mechanical/electrical engineering knowledge.

The role blends technical understanding with strong relationship-building in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication; 15+ years preferred.
• High School Education or equivalent required.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Excel in a collaborative, team environment where every voice matters.
• Support existing clients achieving their goals by providing solutions and maintaining relationships.
• Prospect new clients and build relationships to support their goals.
• Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders.
• Support the development of proposals and quotes such as with schedules or estimates.
• Maintain CRM data set including leads, opportunities, contacts, companies, and competitors
• Attend industry events to expand network and promote Kokosing.
• Participate in key industry groups at local, state, and national levels.
• Other duties as assigned
