Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. seeks a Site Safety Lead to manage on-site safety programs for customer sites and administer Prime Controls' ES&H programs. The role involves promoting safety culture, mentoring staff, and conducting audits and investigations.

Candidates should have OSHA 30/500/502, CHST/OHST/STS/CSP/ASP designations, 3–5 years of industrial safety experience, and ability to travel. A strong communication skill set and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 completed within last 3 years; OSHA 500/502 certificates.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial, electrical, and safety in infrastructure construction.
• Pass Prime Controls' interview and GC interview on 1926 standards.
• Ability to pass a seven-year background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication with on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote Prime Controls' Safety Culture and Standards on site.
• Observe safe work practices and mentor personnel for improvements.
• Generate, observe, inspect, and close permits, audits, and toolboxes.
• Perform health and safety program audits.
• Assist in incident investigations and emergency response.
• Attend safety meetings and communicate with project team and corporate.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
