Job summary

Thompson Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to oversee two or more crews, plan and coordinate daily operations, and ensure equipment operates safely. You will drive efficiency, maintain documentation, and uphold customer relations in industrial cleaning services.

Responsibilities include training technicians, performing hydroblasting and vacuum work, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Must have strong communication and 2+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable service in industrial cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate daily crew operations.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and paperwork is completed accurately.
• Train and develop equipment technicians; supervise multiple crews.
• Interface with customers professionally and maintain service quality.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services as required.
