Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning supervision or equivalent.
• RCRA certificates or equivalent regulatory knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage people and coordinate multiple crews.
• Strong knowledge of equipment operation and safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist multiple crews to meet client requirements and company policies.
• Schedule jobs and crews; dispatch as needed.
• Ensure equipment availability and reliability before start of work.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and service documentation.
• Train technicians and operators on job processes and safety.
