HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to manage two or more crews at a customer location. You will plan, lead, organize and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment readiness and adherence to safety and client requirements.

This role emphasizes documentation, staff training, and coordinating with drivers and management to maintain efficient service lines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management.
• Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in service line.
• English language proficiency: written and verbal.
• Experience with Win Web (HPC Software)
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience preferred.
• CDL, forklift, and backhoe certification to assist with plant operations as needed.
• Load weights for manifest completion and issue manifests correctly per waste stream and PO.
• Assist HPC drivers with Win Web ticket entries as necessary.
• Schedule pit loads at TSDFs.
• Coordinate roll-off logistics with crew and supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Instructs, provides feedback, and directs crew in performance of job duties to meet client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule jobs and crews.
• May dispatch crews on nights and weekends.
• May act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
• Reads work orders and ensures equipment is available and operational.
• Inspects equipment and work area prior to starting a job; corrects deficiencies.
• Informs client regarding job status and requirements.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Completes paperwork including service receipts and submits to management.
• Trains Technicians and Operators on-the-job.
• Operates equipment (chemical, hydro-blasting, painting, blasting, vacuum) per safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
