HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more crews at our Morris, IL site. The role focuses on planning, directing, and coordinating daily service-line operations, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and documentation is completed promptly.

You will enforce company policies, maintain customer relations, and represent HPC-Industrial with clients to foster lasting partnerships.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management.
• Strong knowledge in operating equipment used in service line.
• Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel; Access is a plus.
• Experience with Win Web (HPC Software).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• CDL, forklift and backhoe certification to assist plant operations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and assists crew in performing job duties to meet client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule jobs and crews; dispatch based on needs, including nights and weekends.
• May act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensures equipment is available and operational before starting a job.
• Inspects equipment and work area; corrects deficiencies affecting safety or productivity.
• Maintains client communication regarding job status and requirements.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Completes paperwork including service receipts and submits to management.
• Trains Technicians and Operators on-the-job and on paperwork.
