Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor to lead two or more crews at a customer site. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring equipment operates properly and all job documentation is completed in a timely manner.

This role requires strong people management skills, supervisory experience in industrial cleaning, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have Valid Driver's License and OSHA certification may be required.
• Strong English language comprehension and ability to respond to instructions in emergencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Outlook; Access a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crew to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• Schedules jobs and crews; may dispatch on nights and weekends.
• Acts as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensures equipment is available and operational before starting a job.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
• Trains Technicians and Operators on equipment operation and paperwork.
• Maintains thorough documentation including service receipts and manifests.
