HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to lead two or more crews at a customer site. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment is ready and compliant, and maintain strong client relations.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and operational efficiency, with potential to advance within the management track. Candidates should have supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial cleaning supervisory role.
• Valid Driver's License.
• English language proficiency for safety training and instructions.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel); Access is a plus.
• Experience with HPC Win Web software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crew to meet client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule jobs and crews; may dispatch on nights/weekends.
• May act as Operations/Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensure equipment is available and operational before starting jobs.
• Maintain safe, accurate documentation and client communication.
