Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is seeking an accomplished Industrial Sales professional to join our Dallas-area team. You will prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in the assigned territory and drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets with defined action plans and schedules.

The role emphasizes servicing and upselling service plans, fixed pricing repairs, overhauls, and related solutions. Travel within a 1–2 hour radius of North East TX is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant industrial sales experience required.
• Four-year degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Must be self-directed with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in the assigned area.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by developing action plans and schedules.
• Sell service products including service plans, fixed pricing repairs and overhauls.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity and telemarketing.
• Prepare reports on activity and performance relative to budget and goals.
