Job summary

Millennium Space Systems in El Segundo, CA, is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Manager to safeguard classified programs on-site. You will lead the Program Security Team, enforce DoD security policies, and coordinate with government representatives to maintain program integrity.

The role requires extensive experience in industrial security, SAPs, and TS/SCI eligibility, plus leadership in training, accreditations, and corrective action planning within a national security environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Industrial Security.
• Experience with SAPs.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 ICD-705, ICD/ICS 705, DoD 5105.21, JSIG.
• Minimum of 1 year managing and developing high performing teams.
• Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Program Security Team and ensure compliance for Collateral, SCI and SAP programs.
• Provide technical expertise in all security disciplines and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee staff visits, security reviews and inspections and conduct training.
• Oversee accreditation of facilities and maintain accreditation artifacts.
• Review CDRL security deliverables including IS/Physical/Security Plans.
• Assist with PPIP development; review SOWs, contracts, RFPs and security plans.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and company-level security policies.
