Job summary

Snap-on is hiring a Sales Representative to sell directly to industrial corporations in an entrepreneurial, commission-driven role. You will build relationships, present tailored Snap-on solutions, and manage accounts with the team’s guidance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of goal achievement and customer growth.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and decision makers.
• Present Snap-on solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Create and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize growth.
