Kelly Generator & Equipment Inc in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Sales Manager for Industrial Sales (Generac Power Systems). You will lead a multidisciplinary team—Outside Sales Reps, Sales Engineers, and Project Coordinators—to win complex projects with a cradle-to-grave approach.

You will report to the CEO, shape regional growth in MD/DC/VA/DE, oversee pricing and proposals, and cultivate executive relationships with contractors, engineering firms, and distributors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Equipment, Generators, or Industrial Sales Management.
• Ability to lead diverse teams including sales reps, sales engineers, and coordinators.
• Experience with pricing, submittals, and site logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the playbook for Generac Industrial and Commercial sales in MD/DC/VA/DE.
• Lead three roles: Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers, Project Coordinators, ensuring alignment from Sold to Installed.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with electrical contractors, engineering firms, and distributors.
• Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal development with forecasting.
