Quincy Recycle is seeking a growth-focused Business Development professional for our Indianapolis market. You will prospect, pitch, and close new business while nurturing high-value accounts and driving margins.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing-related environments.
Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight to close deals and strengthen partnerships.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and results.

Responsibilities

Prospect, cold call, and pitch to generate new business across manufacturing industries.
Independently manage and grow high-value accounts, driving long-term performance and expansion.
Own your sales pipeline end-to-end, schedule vendor visits, nurture relationships, meet or exceed targets.
Manage deal profitability by understanding gross margins and freight costs.
Leverage Salesforce and Outlook to manage leads, track activity, and forecast performance.
