Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years outside sales experience in B2B or industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and pitch to generate new business across manufacturing industries.
• Independently manage high-value accounts to drive growth.
• Own end-to-end sales pipeline, schedule vendor visits, nurture relationships, meet targets.
• Understand gross margin and freight costs to manage profitability.
• Leverage Salesforce and Outlook to track leads and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop scalable growth strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity.
