Quincy Recycle, a fast-growing recycling solutions provider in Green Bay, seeks a Business Development Professional to drive growth in industrial sales. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and equity potential.

The role requires 5+ years outside B2B sales, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a Bachelor's degree. Onsite with travel, full-time, with strong earning potential and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably B2B/industrial.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight to close deals and build partnerships.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and pitch to generate new business across manufacturing industries.
• Independently manage and grow high-value accounts, driving long-term performance.
• Own sales pipeline end-to-end, schedule vendor visits, nurture relationships, and meet targets.
• Manage deal profitability by understanding gross margins and freight costs.
• Leverage Salesforce and Outlook to manage leads, forecast performance, and communicate cross-functionally.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to develop scalable growth strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
