Key Personnel in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and workplace safety.

Safety is treated as a core part of every improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop SOPs, monitor metrics, and support equipment evaluation while maintaining compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CAD software or simulation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
• A keen interest in manufacturing processes, workplace safety, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design layouts and optimize workflow with safety in mind.
• Support SOP creation to ensure compliance and safe practices.
• Monitor production metrics and help prepare performance reports.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in evaluating new equipment with safety and ergonomics in mind.
• Identify safety hazards and recommend process improvements to reduce risks.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide training support on new processes and tools.
