PSI's Large Manufacturing Plant in Oklahoma seeks a Process Engineer to lead optimization efforts and plant trials on chemical processes. You will evaluate existing systems, develop design recommendations, and support capital projects to improve safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering with 1–5 years of experience, knowledge of Process Safety, and the ability to work across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering required.
• 1–5 years of chemical process engineering experience.
• Experience with chemical manufacturing processes preferred.
• Ability to apply chemical engineering principles to troubleshooting and design.
• Knowledge of Process Safety principles and PHA participation preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform process optimization studies and plant trials.
• Develop process design recommendations for improvements and capital projects.
• Support Process Hazard Analyses and process safety activities.
• Prepare engineering calculations and project deliverables.
