Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• 2+ years of hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Analyze current production methods to identify cost-saving improvements.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to implement new processes.
• Ensure processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document processes and train production staff on new methods.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma practices.
