Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance technician to monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration equipment and utility systems. You will document activities in CMMS/SAP and install equipment on various utility systems while following safety and GMP/SQF requirements.

The role requires repairing and maintaining equipment, working all shifts, and being able to perform physically demanding tasks in different weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience.
• Graduate of an industrial maintenance training program (or equivalent).
• Willing to work all shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration and utility systems.
• Document activities in CMMS/SAP accurately.
• Install equipment on utility systems and perform housekeeping duties.
• Follow safety, GMP and SQF requirements; perform basic math as needed.
• Be ready to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
