Job summary

Refrigeration Vessels & Systems Corp. (RVS) in Bryan, Texas seeks a Sales Engineer to serve as a technical liaison between outside sales representatives and customers.

You will combine engineering knowledge with customer service to develop quotations and coordinate project requirements across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and other departments. The ideal candidate has an engineering background, familiarity with industrial refrigeration and ASME/ASHRAE standards, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or closely related technical background.
• Understanding of industrial refrigeration systems and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specs, and equipment docs.
• Ability to learn ASME and ASHRAE codes and standards for industrial refrigeration.
• Strong communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with outside sales reps, customers, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
• Provide technical and commercial support with timely, accurate information.
• Assist with product selection and application guidance.
• Prepare quotations and evaluate project costs with internal teams.
• Coordinate requirements across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Monitor project progress and communicate schedule changes.
• Review submittals and drawings for functionality and code compliance.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure profitability.
