Job summary

Hansen Cold Storage, part of the IR Pros family, seeks a Director of Business Operations in Vernon, CA to drive growth with hands-on leadership. You’ll connect strategy with day-to-day execution, build scalable processes, and deliver accountability across the organization.

You’ll partner with executives to translate goals into operating plans, develop KPIs and budgets, and lead change initiatives that improve profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive operations leadership with budget responsibility.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, margins.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Experience building processes in growing organizations.
• Executive communication with senior and frontline teams.
• Experience with ERP and operational reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Operations, Finance, Engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of operational strategies.
• Translate goals into actionable operating plans with execs.
• Establish KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
