Job summary

HTI is seeking a Recruiter in our Industrial Division to connect people with opportunities and help clients meet staffing needs. The role includes commission alongside base pay and offers opportunities to grow within HTI.

You will independently manage full-cycle recruitment, source creatively, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across HTI clients, traveling within the region as needed. A fast-paced, people-focused culture awaits with onsite and office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Ability to integrate AI tools into the recruitment process to increase productivity, improve candidate identification and screening, enhance communication, and support informed hiring recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet-based applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required; BS/BA degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience, including customer service or another people-facing role; recruiting, HR, staffing, and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for HTI clients from posting to placement.
• Screen applicants against client requirements and schedule orientations.
• Understand client job requirements and follow client-specific processes.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to grow candidate pools.
• Maintain an active pool of pre-screened candidates who completed testing, reference checks, and background checks.
• Utilize approved AI tools and emerging recruiting technologies to improve productivity and streamline tasks.
• Manage candidates throughout the applicant life cycle from pre-screen to first day.
• Ensure employee files meet HTI standards and guidelines.
• Utilize Bullhorn to maximize recruiter efficiency by maintaining accurate records.
