Job summary

ETS Workforce Solutions is recruiting an Industrial Recruiter to own the full-desk recruitment process for manufacturing and industrial clients in Vermont and surrounding areas. You will source, screen, and place candidates for production operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse roles, building strong client relationships to deliver a superior experience.

You will leverage AI tools and social media, pursue a pipeline strategy, and negotiate offers while tracking revenue and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of business development or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI and social media in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-desk, 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to placement for manufacturing and industrial clients.
• Source, screen, and select candidates for roles including production operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse operators.
• Build a pipeline of manufacturing talent through outreach, recruiting platforms, events, and referrals.
• Develop relationships with client companies and deliver a first-class customer experience.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, negotiate pay, close placements, and overcome objections.
• Meet metrics on outreach, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, and KPIs.
• Master ETS internal tech stack including CRM, Google Workspace, and AI platforms.
• Contribute to ETS culture and brand.

Your day-to-day as an Industrial Recruiter:

• Own the full-desk, 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to placement for manufacturing and industrial clients
• Source, screen, and select well-matched candidates for roles including production operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse operators
• Strategically build a pipeline of top-tier manufacturing and industrial talent through outreach, recruiting platforms, AI tools, events, and referrals
• Develop meaningful relationships with client companies, communicate proactively, and deliver a first-class customer experience
• Prep candidates for interviews, negotiate pay rates, close placements, and overcome objections
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics including outreach, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, and quality KPIs
• Master the ETS internal tech stack including CRM, communication platforms, Google Workspace, and AI platforms
• Positively contribute to ETS culture and enhance our brand and reputation

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. New grads encouraged to apply
• 2+ years of business development or account management experience preferred
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI and social media as part of a recruiting strategy

• Total Year 1 earnings of at least $80,000 to an On-Target Earnings (OTE) figure of $100,000+
